Information we use and share

We collect account/contact information, submitted text and related calculations, order and payment references, delivery details, support communications, privacy choices and technical information. We use them to provide and support the service, fulfill orders, protect accounts, maintain records and meet legal obligations. Payment providers process card details; our application does not intentionally store full card numbers or security codes.

Our providers include Clerk for accounts, Stripe for payments, AWS for hosting and email, Cloudflare for domain/network services, Lulu or Gelato for printing, and FSG's shared privacy-choice service. Printers receive files and delivery information necessary for the selected order. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries under their applicable arrangements. We may disclose information as required by law or to protect lawful rights.

We retain encrypted submitted text and related records to maintain Library/order history, support delivery and recovery, resolve disputes and meet recordkeeping obligations. Expiring a preview link does not delete saved text. You may request access, export or deletion review through your account. Contact our support email for correction or other privacy requests. Requests are reviewed; deletion is not automatic, and applicable legal rights remain available. Retention depends on these purposes, applicable obligations and unresolved claims. Account closure does not automatically erase every record.

Cryptographic timestamp commitments may become public and persistent without publishing the original passage through the stamping request. Optional public record display is separate from purchasing; purchase alone does not publish your original text or delivery details.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Necessary cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security, transactions and privacy choices. When enabled, optional Google Analytics uses cookies and browser/network information to measure visits to selected public pages. It loads only after a valid adult opt-in. Rejecting analytics does not prevent purchasing. Advertising and remarketing are not enabled.

Our analytics events exclude submitted passages, searches, account/order identifiers and private pages. Google may receive technical information through the connection. See how Google uses information and Google's privacy policy.

Use Privacy settings to reject analytics or withdraw permission. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not automatically erase information already received by Google. Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off. The site does not separately change its behavior for legacy Do Not Track signals. Third-party services may collect information under their own privacy notices. Browser controls can clear cookies and storage; necessary functions may be affected.

Requests and updates

Contact support@everypossiblebook.com to exercise applicable privacy rights. Depending on your location, these may include access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and complaints to a regulator. We may verify identity and retain records where permitted or required by law. We will post changes here with an updated effective date and provide any notice required by law.
