Shipping, returns and refunds

Our physical products are made for your order. All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds, except as required by law. This also applies to correctly supplied personalized digital products.

Check your text, product and delivery address before paying. Changes and cancellations may be unavailable once production begins. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. We provide any shipment-delay notice, cancellation option and refund required by applicable law.

For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, contact support@everypossiblebook.com with your order number and available photographs. We offer best-effort assistance pursuing the manufacturer's claim process, including submitting information where the manufacturer requires the merchant to do so. We do not guarantee manufacturer approval, replacement, reimbursement or response time, and provide no additional voluntary replacement guarantee.

Manufacturer decisions do not remove a remedy we must provide by law. Do not return products without written instructions. Our correspondence address is not an authorized return address. Refunds required by law are not replaced with store credit or reduced by a discretionary processing-fee deduction.
