Accounts content and purchases

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to purchase. Provide accurate information and protect your account. You retain any rights you hold in submitted text and must have permission to use it. Do not submit unlawful material, sensitive credentials or content that infringes another person's rights. You authorize us and our service providers to process, store and print your content as needed to provide the service and maintain its records.

Your purchase covers the record, files and products identified in your order. A Library record, certificate or timestamp does not establish authorship, copyright, trademark rights or legal ownership of words. Any reservation relates to the identified record within our service. It does not prevent others from finding or using the same words. Keep your own copies of purchased files; permanent hosting and continuous access are not guaranteed.

Review your text, product, address and total before payment. Prices, applicable shipping charges and customer taxes appear before checkout. Quotes and temporary holds do not guarantee a completed purchase. We may reject unsupported, unlawful or fraudulent orders and restrict misuse of the service, subject to applicable law.

Warranties availability and liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR ONLINE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WHERE LAWFULLY DISCLAIMABLE.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, future availability or permanent storage. We offer no service-level agreement or voluntary compensation, refund or credit for downtime, maintenance, loss of access or third-party outages.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLY STRATEGIC GROUP, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, EXPECTED SAVINGS OR DATA, WHETHER A CLAIM ARISES IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSSES WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR AN AFFECTED PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

These provisions do not override express purchase commitments or any right, warranty, refund or liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding or limiting. An unenforceable provision applies only to the extent permitted by law; remaining provisions continue where lawful.

Law and changes

Tennessee law governs these Terms except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. We will post updated Terms with their effective date and provide any notice required by law. Contact support@everypossiblebook.com with a concern.

Our shipping, returns and refunds policy applies to purchases.
